Is "The Green Inferno" Eli Roth's goriest film to date?

According to IMDB; The Green Inferno's plot is:
"A group of student activists travel from New York City to the Amazon to save a dying tribe but crash in the jungle and are taken hostage by the very natives they protected.."

Whenever I think of Eli Roth, I instantly think of movies like the Hostel series, and Inglorious Basterds. However, it seems Eli Roth is making a new film: called "The Green Inferno" [released in theaters September 8th, 2013].and this time, it isn't people paying to kill but cannibals! I am a pretty big fan of the Hostel films, especially the surprise ending of Hostel;Part II so it's safe to say that I'm pretty excited for what he has in store for us with some people eating people scenes. But I'm here to say that the MPAA [Motion Picture Association of America] has said that the violence in The Green Inferno film is “aberrant.” Which is a fancy word meaning, “departing from an accepted standard.” This must be a one hell of a gory film, as opposed to his earlier work since not even the Hostel films gained that description.. To use the words from the TIFF themselves: [The Toronto International Film Festival]
"Check out Roth’s past MPAA scorecards. His violence started as “strong,” then went to “brutal,” then “sadistic,” and finally to The Green Inferno’s particularly evocative “aberrant.” That’s called “growing as a filmmaker.”

Ultimately, the official rating the MPAA gave the film was a strong [ R ]. 'For aberrant violence and torture, grisly disturbing images, brief graphic nudity, sexual content, language and some drug use.'  Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for this film, but it seems safe to assume that the film is going to be a fucking splatter-fest.. and that those cannibals are going to be taking their time with each and every one of the students..
